What we built
A search-first rebuild of their site with a lead form on every page, before-and-after galleries and service-area pages, plus a custom CMS we built for them: the owner edits the words and photos on every page with a live preview, saves drafts, publishes and can roll back from version history, no developer needed. Behind it, a back office for leads, bids and email settings.
We built Redneck Doors a custom CMS that covers all 11 public pages plus the shared sections. The real page sits beside the editor and updates as the owner types, scrolling to the section being edited. Images upload and compress automatically. Changes save as a draft and the live site stays untouched until the owner hits publish; a draft can be discarded or a page reset to its original, and version history lets the owner restore an earlier version.
Every page has a lead form or a call button, and phones get a sticky Call Now bar.
When a new lead or bid request comes in, the shop gets an email and the customer gets a professional confirmation. Commercial bids can include plans, specs, or photos. Notification email addresses are set from a Settings tab.
Page views, taps on call buttons, and form submissions are counted for each page and shown in the back-office dashboard, alongside the site's analytics and ad conversion tracking.
What customers see, and what the team signs in to every morning. Forms on the site land straight in the back office.

Each job below is something a business like this usually rents software for. Here it all lives in one system they own, with one login and no per-seat bills.

A service-lead form on every page plus a separate commercial bid-request form that takes plan and photo uploads; each record moves through its own status track (leads: new, contacted, scheduled, closed; bids: new, contacted, measured, bid sent, won, lost); the shop gets an instant email alert and the customer gets a branded confirmation

Products named are what businesses typically buy for each job (researched October 2026). We don't claim a dollar figure for anyone else's business: price out your own.
Price out your stackAI in this build
No AI ships in this build yet. Proposed next: After-hours AI receptionist. Each item below is labeled as a proposal, not a feature.
After-hours answering and triage
Proposed, not built yetThe old way
A homeowner with a broken spring or a door stuck open finds the site at night, fills out the form or leaves a voicemail, and waits until someone checks messages in the morning to learn whether it counts as an emergency.
What we'd build
An assistant on the site answers garage door questions right away, asks the triage questions (is the door stuck open, is a spring broken, is a car trapped), saves the conversation as a lead in the existing leads table with an urgency flag, and emails the on-call person when it is an emergency. A person still calls the customer back and books the job.
An honest proposal: this isn't in the build today. It's what we'd fit to this business next.
