The rebirth

Decrypted Tech started in 2019 as a digital marketing agency. In 2026 we rebuilt it as a software studio: websites with the back office built in, and AI fitted to each business.
Marketing taught us what makes a website pay for itself: speed, search, clear calls to action and measuring every lead. Building and running our own SaaS app, Ask Audrey, taught us how to ship real software and keep it running. Our clients get both.

How we got here
- 2019
A marketing agency is born
Decrypted Tech starts as a veteran-owned agency helping small businesses grow with digital marketing: SEO, paid ads, social media and websites.
- Spring 2026
Building our own tools
Tired of stitching together a dozen subscriptions, we start building our own software: the CRM, dispatch, website builder, SEO and AI tools an agency runs on.
- Summer 2026
Our own SaaS
We launch Ask Audrey, a subscription AI app that puts manufacturer manuals in a garage door technician's pocket, with team accounts, trials and billing we run ourselves.
- Fall 2026
Custom websites & business software
We put the same technology to work for businesses across the U.S.: construction platforms, online stores, booking systems and marketing back offices that replace their subscriptions. Three of our client builds already include AI, and every new build we start gets AI fitted to that business.
